Dr. Kristopher Kondrad
Doctor of Chiropractic, Board Certified in Acupuncture, Active Release Technique Provider
My passion for chiropractic began at the age of 14 when I was injured on the basketball court. I opted out of surgery for my injury and took a more conservative approach with chiropractic care. Ever since, I believed that chiropractic was, without question, the right choice for me and I have dedicated myself to this wonderful profession.
I understand that the human body has amazing healing abilities when it’s given the chance. Through chiropractic and acupuncture, we promote the body’s ability to heal using safe and natural techniques. Health is not about managing your sickness, it is about promoting your well-being. Our practice is much more than just spinal adjustments and relieving back pain—it is a holistic approach to helping the body naturally reach its maximum potential and optimum performance. This includes eliminating pain, preventing dis-ease, reducing inflammation, increasing strength, increasing flexibility and feeling better. Please do not hesitate to start living free of pain and dis-ease! There are so many effective techniques we offer that can change your life for the better!
Most people visit a doctor because they are in pain. However, pain is not a lifestyle. If a problem is lasting longer than a week, it may be a sign of a more serious problem. At our office we treat every patient as an individual and work to correct the source of the problem. With all the techniques and services that we provide, we will quickly identify what works best for you."

Dr. Lisette Miller-Kondrad
Doctor of Chiropractic, Board Certified in Acupuncture, Webster Certified
As a chiropractor, I value and respect the body’s innate ability to heal itself when given the chance. Chiropractic has taught me that our bodies are capable of amazing things!
When you get a paper cut, who heals it? You do! Today, many people are quick to reach for a pill or patch to mask what they’re feeling. My role is to educate the community about holistic health care and provide patients with a personalized treatment plan to effectively address specific goals. I often remind my patients that most symptoms do not appear overnight, even though it may feel like they do. These long-standing imbalances require commitment and consistency to make significant changes within the body.
Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage and Nutrition are vital components of a healthy lifestyle and can be tailored to each individual, resulting in lasting improvement and a better quality of life. I enjoy working with all types of patients, especially pregnant women and infants. In the first year of life, a child’s nervous system develops faster than at any other time. I believe it is essential to address structural limitations early on because it allows them to reach their full potential as they grow. I am honored and excited to be a part of your healthcare team!
